The programs at Open Mind Management Center Ltd. are modelled to increase managerial competencies - knowledge and skills of executives and employees in private and public sector organizations, as well as advanced university students.

Our programs are designed around new management categories (paradigms) - Organizational Ecology , DNA organizational profile, 3D management and Situational approach to management - enhancing the sustainability of the organization. These categories are built on a methodological base - Cognitive topology, which is approved for patenting by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

Organizational ecology studies the organization as a system and helps enhance organizational capital. It is biult arround the concept of compatability between management objectives, structure and activities. It studies the organizational dynamics that is generated by the impact of internal and external socio-economic, financial, administrative and structural factors.

DNA - profile of the organization helps determine the optimal balance of management activities leading to sustainable management results in different organizational  situations.

3D - Management quantifies managerial behavior in different situations. This is accomplished by measuring the level of compatibility between managerial skills, competencies, activities and expected results.

Situational Approach to Management is a methodology definining management behavior as a set of activities compatible with a number of key competencies, skills and behavioral indicators that lead to heighten level of organizational performance.
