ORGANIZATIONAL FUNCTIONING AND MANAGEMENT BEHAVIOR: COMPATABILITY MANAGEMENT
Sustainable development of the organization depends on management's abilities to set priorities depending on the contextual development of the organizational process. Subject of analysis is the compatibility among management process, situation and competences.
FUNCTIONAL MANAGERIAL APPROACH: BUILDING A MANAGERIAL FRAMEWORK
This module helps identify managerial challenges in the process of organizational development and growth. It frames such managerial concepts as product, organizational and market capital. The focus is on the interaction between organizational structure and management behavior.
STRUCTURAL FRAMEWORK OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL PROCESS: A SYSTEMS APPROACH TO MANAGEMENT
This module studies the organization as a system, the development of which is confined and determined by a number of internal and external organizational factors. It analyzes the impact of these factors upon organizational effectiveness, functioning and performance.
CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK OF ORGANIZATIONAL FUNCTIONING
The process of organizational alignment depends on the ability of management to set adequate management objectives; design adequate management structure; and initiate adequate management activities. This module determines the utility coefficient of managerial activities upon organizational development.
MANAGERIAL BEHAVIOR AND ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP
This module studies leadership as a result of the compatibility between management personality, activities and the specific objectives of organizational functioning. It determines key managerial qualities and studies their impact on managerial activities in different organizational settings.
About Open Mind Management Center Ltd.
The Center is established in 2013 as an integral part of Open Mind consortium of organizations. It is an autonomous management think-tank the purpose of which is to stimulate the development of social entrepreneurship through innovation and best management practices. Our projects aim at developing a Business Exchange Outlet (BEO) and a Human Resources Management software.
