My "SITUATIONAL MANAGEMENT" program aims at streamlining organizational functioning and raising the level of efficiency of human resources in the organization. This is achieved by studying the interrelation among the components of the organizational process. For this purpose I code 16 management situation types and determine the level of compatibility between these situations and the key management objectives, activities, competencies and processes. This in turn serves as a base for organizational behavior programming and helps reduce the time-frame for implementation of strategic management objectives.
  These modules determine management priorities for each managerial situation and reveal the risk factors arising in the process of organizational development. The conceptual analysis of the organizational process is carried out on the basis of the information framework of organizational functioning. It provides an opportunity to not only streamline organizational processes, but also to build a new management approach, which can be defined as compatibility management. This approach not only optimizes managerial behavior, but also defines the level of management sustainability - managerial abilities to initiate strategic changes depending on the context of the managerial situation.
