HUMAN CAPITAL: AN INFORMATION FRAMEWORK OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL PROCESS
Sustainable development of the organizational process depends on the level of human capital development. Human capital is a function of the status of the managerial, technological and administrative capacity of the organization. Taken together these resources build a framework of sustainable organizational functioning and increase management sustainability - the ability of the organization to initiate strategic changes in environment with a high degree of uncertainty.

The structural model of organizational functioning helps segment the organizational process. Subject of analysis is the system map of the integral mainstreaming process. This map helps optimize organizational and managerial behavior.

Managerial sustainability is a function of the compatibility between competencies and organziational situations arising in the integral management process . This module optimizes managerial behavior by aligning managerial competencies with managerial situations emerging in the course of organizational development. It prescribes the optimal course of action by a qualitative evaluation of key management competencies on managerial behavior.

Sustainable organizational development is conditioned upon the nature and level of integration of key managerial activities. The level of integration of these activities is a prerequisite for innovation in the organization; synchronization between organizational objectives and management processes (organizational behavior streamlining); and for identifying management priorities in the process of strategic change in the organization.

Subject of discussion are all areas of organizational functioning - area of organizational optimization, revitalization, leadership and specialization; as well as key marketing approaches that lead to sustainable organizational development.

This is achieved by building a system framework of the expert managerial process.
About Open Mind Management Center Ltd.The Center is established in 2013 as an integral part of Open Mind consortium of organizations.
