DNA MANAGEMENT
DNA management is an advisory program, which targets development and integration of HR management software in organizations. This software helps determine the area of organizational functioning and advances management measures in effort to enhance managerial sustainability and organizational performance. The expected output of such integrated software includes but is not limited to assessment of the human potential required for implementing the preset management objectives; projecting the optimal organizational functioning; and forecasting the expected managerial result. This includes establishing the level of compatibility between strategic objectives and the actual organizational dynamics (undergoing organizational activities).
The DNA analysis of organizational functioning allows instant calibration of organizational priorities and forges a sustainable framework of organizational development.
