This module defines the nature of corporate social responsibility and the mechanisms of its practical realization. It examplifies leading socially responsible practices, facilitating corporate development and growth.

The focus is on management of public activities, creating social value and enhancing the level of social sustainability. It defines the utility coefficients of these activities in view of the socio-economic dynamics at hand.

Subject of analysis are the areas of public functioning - area of public testing, adjustment, absorption and indifference. It identifies public/social priorities and measures, stimulating sustainable social and economic development.

Sustainable development of private and public sector institutions is dependent on the level of organizational alignment - the level of synchronization between strategic activities and strategic objectives. The process of organizational alignment puts into a perspective a new management approach - compatibility management, that expedites regional development in a number of ways.

About Open Mind Management Center Ltd.
The Center is established in 2013 as an integral part of Open Mind consortium of organizations. It is an autonomous management think-tank the purpose of which is to stimulate the development of social entrepreneurship through innovation and best management practices. My projects aim at developing a Business Exchange Outlet (BExO) and a Human Resources Management software.
