Cognitive functioning intersects with organizational sustainability and helps optimize managerial behavior. This module seeks to apply a system cognitive model in the practice of management. It analyses the integral cognitive model as a means to determining the compatibility level between cognitive and managerial functioning.

COGNITIVE FUNCTIONING: 3D MANAGEMENT
Subject of analysis is my cognitive structure model. This module differentiates the levels of cognitive functioning and specifies the importance of each structure level for organizational performance and sustainability. It introduces key management competencies and skills, as well as the extent of their impact on organizational performance.

COGNITIVE FUNCTIONING: INTEGRAL 3D MANAGEMENT
The sustainability level of the integral management process is contingent upon the established managerial skills and competencies. This model introduces managerial metrics, which transforms cognitive functioning into sustainable managerial performance. Thus it determines the impact level of key management indicators on organizational behavior.

This module studies the cognitive transformation process. It builds a conceptual framework which tackles the interplay between expected managerial behavior and management result, depending on the specifics of the management situation.

COGNITIVE FUNCTIONING: LOGISTICS 3D MANAGEMENT
This module defines a cognitive functioning framework that helps construct an information framework of the organizational process. The information framework of the organizational process helps align organizational goals and objectives with strategic action and programs organizational functioning.

COGNITIVE FUNCTIONING: EXPERT 3D MANAGEMENT
This module defines key management activities of the expert process and determines the significance of each activity for the sustainable development of the organizational process.

About Open Mind Management Center Ltd.
The Center is established in 2013 as an integral part of Open Mind consortium of organizations.
