ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN
The focus is on the process of modelling an organizational structure that creates prerequisites for sustainable organizational development. This structure is tailored around organization's management potential, deployment of organizational capabilities and enhancement of organizational competencies. This organizational structure streamlines managerial behavior and synchronizes management objectives and tasks at each organizational level. It creates prerequisites for higher compatibility between strategic objectives and initiated management activities. Such organizational constellation systematically improves the level of organizational competitiveness.

About Open Mind Management Center Ltd.

The Center is established in 2013 as an integral part of Open Mind consortium of organizations.
